The Brioche pilot program runs a small number of active engagements with biotech and pharma teams against live regulatory and commercial questions. Pilot engagements are scoped, written, reviewed, and debriefed end-to-end with the same standard of evidence that applies to every Brioche brief.
A pilot is not a demo. It is a real, end-to-end engagement against a live question. The deliverable is a written brief — cited, dated, signed by a named reviewer, with the audit trail bundled.
Pilot engagements run on a slightly compressed scope and a slightly compressed timeline so that the team using the brief can react to the output inside the same quarter.
Same format as a paying engagement: written analysis, cited primary sources, named-reviewer signature, audit trail.
A question your team is actually about to act on — not a hypothetical. We write the question back to you and confirm the scope before kickoff.
Pilot engagements are NDA-default. We do not publish your name, your asset, or the engagement contents without explicit written consent.
A structured debrief at the close of the engagement — what landed, what did not, what we should sharpen. The pilot is how we improve the practice.
A short application. We read every one. If your question is a fit for the pilot, we will reach out within five business days to schedule the scoping call.
